Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to avoid being charged for the scheduled lesson time. In the event of a family or medical emergency, we ask that you please give notice by 12:30pm on the day of the scheduled lesson M-Th, and by 10:30am on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. If the cancellation is after the specified times, we reserve the right to charge for the lesson*.
*Actual amount will be at the discretion of the agency, and based on the context of the situation.
Missed Lessons
If you know that there is a conflict on a scheduled lesson date, We ask that you please give your instructor notice so we can try to reschedule the lesson to a different night. Frequent cancellations or missed lessons may result in forfeiture of your assigned lesson spot.
Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and especially you child's safety. We will not give out your contact information to anyone outside of the company or release photos of your child without prior consent.
